Good to know

Our property is located in the heart of Santurce’s Art District, just steps from Calle Cerra, one of the most vibrant and creative streets in the city. The building is easy to spot thanks to the large colorful mural on the front, which gives it a very artistic and local feel right from the moment you arrive. You’ll be surrounded by street art, cafés, restaurants, bars, and galleries, with so much to explore within walking distance. It’s a great area to experience the creative energy of Santurce while still being just a short drive from Condado Beach and Old San Juan. Our studios are designed as loft-style spaces with mezzanine sleeping areas, which creates an open and cozy layout.

Other Details to Note

A few things to note before booking ✨ • The loft studios are located on an upper floor, so there are stairs to reach the loft level. • Inside each studio, the bed is on a cozy mezzanine loft, accessed by additional stairs. • Due to the loft design, the ceiling in the sleeping area is lower, so taller guests may need to watch their head. • No smoking 🚭 is allowed anywhere inside the property. • If you plan to have a third guest 👤, please let us know before booking so we can confirm arrangements. • To keep the space comfortable for everyone, the property is best suited for respectful guests looking for a relaxed stay 🌿.
