The building is easy to spot thanks to the large colorful mural on the front, which gives it a very artistic and local feel right from the moment you arrive. You’ll be surrounded by street art, cafés, restaurants, bars, and galleries, with so much to explore within walking distance. It’s a great area to experience the creative energy of Santurce while still being just a short drive from Condado Beach and Old San Juan. Our studios are designed as loft-style spaces with mezzanine sleeping areas, which creates an open and cozy layout.
